
FXO ports don't transfer or disconnect
When attempting to transfer a call to another extension or in some cases even park a call, the call is lost. I don't know where it goes and it holds the line open FOREVER. The only way to release the FXO is to reboot the Vdex-40. Sometimes calls can be transferred but more often than not, I loose several calls a day.
We are left explaining to the customer that we have a new phone system and we may loose the call. Not a good situation.
