Market Blaster - Market Blaster is a web-based application that allows a company to define an unlimited number of campaigns for outbound calling. Campaigns may be scheduled by date, day, time, and even availability of agents, giving you greater control of when outbound calling occurs - especially in the case of agent availability - so, if during a campaign all agents are busy, outbound calling stops until an agent becomes free! You also have control of what actions to take based on the result of a call, for example, if a person answers you can define a specific message to play, give menu options to select, or execute any custom applications. And for answering machines, you can define a different message to play, execute a custom application, or simply hang-up.
