Support Credits-

Support is given on a per incident basis. Support credits are accumulated
by purchasing products or can be purchased as needed.

There is no limit to the amount of time spent to resolve the incident.
Support may include telephone, e-mail, and remote access.
On-site support is available depending upon location - additional support credits apply.

Support Appointments-

Support appointments can be scheduled in advance if preferred.
Pre-arranged support appointments can be scheduled via telephone or email.
Support credits may apply.

Note: Support credits are not needed for in warranty hardware problems.

Warranty, RMA, and Return Policy

Vdex-40, and associated components - one year warranty on hardware items only

Advanced Replacements may be obtained by first purchasing a replacement unit at the current price of a new unit. Upon return of the failed unit, a refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt. Please note that Advanced Replacements may be refurbished.
Depending upon condition of returned product and at our, or our partner's, sole discretion, a similar (possibly refurbished) product will be shipped, or the returned product will be repaired and shipped.
Repair time is generally between 4-30 days depending upon component.
You are responsible for shipping items to the location specified by us or our partner.
Return shipping is via Ground but may be expedited at our, or our partner's, sole discretion.
